Re: Employee Termination: Dear Sir / Madam, As your employer we would like to inform you that due to budget constraints and your deteriorating job performance we can no longer afford to keep your employment status active. As a result of your poor performance and lavish spending habits we will be forced to rescind any severance pay and/or benefits you may have been expecting. We will however, furnish a letter of reference to any future employer that may inquire of your ability to serve. In accordance with our truth in government practices we must inform you that such a letter will contain statements concerning your shoddy attendance practices, poor record keeping, inability to manage company funds and the inattentive manor in which you listen to and following directions. We the People, to enhance your performance and clarify your job description, furnished a detailed manual, the Constitution of the United States of America. This blue print defined the privileges you were granted and how they were to be discharged. To insure your longevity a section was added that outlined a course of action that you were forbidden to undertake. At this point it is our understanding that you have not read or did not understand the manual. Requesting clarification would have been in order. In your defense we would add that you preformed very well for the first few years. The nature of your position led to the abuse of assumed powers and the ultimate dispatching of your position. Your tenure at this point should be considered temporary, to be finalized at the appointment of a suitable replacement. Meanwhile, please refrain from any expenditures of the peoples money or committing your employer to any third party agreements unless specifically authorized by a majority of your employers.
You must be of voting age to sign this termination letter. Please sign your name and state and then urge like minded people to sign it also. This seems like a small step in the right direction but actually, it is a brave and strong statement that shows solidarity. It states that "We the People" are prepared to hold these elected employees accountable and confine them to the privileges granted them by the "Citizens of the Many States" as outlined in the Constitution of the United States. Our power lies in the voting process. To exercise this letter of termination we must vote in unison to defeat all incumbents. We should never be told who to vote for, but, voting "non-incumbent" will send a strong message to our new employees that they must strive to uphold the freedoms and liberties outlined in the Constitution. They must be held to their "Oath of Office" by the highest authority in government, "We The People"! |
